Hunting areas

Our farm is located 40 kilometers from San Javier in the Province of Santa Fe by the Paraná river. Hunting areas are near the farm, in the adjoining islands, rice fields or pastures (we are constantly searching for areas located up to 80 km from “La Huerta”).

The farm consists of a main building with a dining room, a living room and a bar. The cuisine has a high level, especially the delicious Argentine beef, undoubtedly the best one in the world. Hunters stay in the double or single rooms located in the two adjoining buildings. Rooms are en-suite and are equipped with the necessary comfort (bathroom, toilettes, spacious wardrobes). The accommodation capacity is for eight people to provide our guests with first-class services and personal attention.

The farm has two 4x4 vehicles and two boats with 40 CV engine to allow hunting groups to travel fast and comfortably.

Three professional guides escort the activity permanently and control our areas from time to time to enhance every hunting scheduled. Since the duck migrates, we are obliged to make these several controls. Argentina is a huge country and, consequently, anatine species enjoy a vast biotope.

Gabriel, who is in charge of the hunting, will be present throughout your stay. Hunting areas occupy over 100,000 hectares either in the islands of the Paraná river, rice fields or pastures, which are private plots of land with access allowed only to our hunters. This ensures a good management and complete control over hunting. We also have other northern areas should it be impossible to hunt enough ducks and herons due to exceptional weather conditions. We also have excellent areas to shoot snipes, partridges and turtledoves.
